Your first visit establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During this appointment, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know Dr. Hinton. Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. Please bring a complete and up to date list of any current medications you are taking. You can download our new patient forms; fill them out and bring them to your first appointment. If you would like to wait until you get to the office, you can do that as well. We want your first visit to be as simple, easy and comfortable as possible. We also want to provide the type of experience that you will want to tell your friends and family about.
If you haven’t already scheduled an appointment through our website or by calling us, then please do so. Our professional staff is ready to answer any questions you may have about insurance or treatment procedures so you can feel prepared for your visit.
