At Hinton Family Dental your oral health is our primary concern. We offer a variety of payment options to help you receive the care you need.

INSURANCE

Dr. Hinton is a preferred provider for several dental insurances. As a professional courtesy to you, we will submit claims for treatment to your insurance for reimbursement. Our staff will estimate your insurance coverage at each visit and ask you to pay the difference each time. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE only. If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid we will bill you.

Network Insurances

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice for all cancelled or changed appointments to avoid Lost Time Fees. These fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. In some cases, we may require a deposit to hold your future appointments

We strongly dislike assessing these fees to our patients so as a courtesy, we’ll do everything we can to help you remember your appointment. We can send postcards, make phone calls, send text messages and/or e-mail you reminders in advance. While we take extra measures to remind you of your appointments, it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of your commitments.

If you are scheduled on a Monday appt changes need notify office by Thursday morning not Friday.

When you are in the office for routine hygiene care we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want those “highly desirable” early or late time slots.
